Would you suggest a “BIG BANG” approach in order to switch from one platform to another?
I would never suggest a BIG BANG approach. That is one of the key assets you have when you do immigration you can split the whole process into little pieces and do them one by one. On the other hand, the developers and end users are going in the right directions of the right step so they can easy adopt this new way of thinking and they have more time to get comfortable with the new solution. So never do a BIG BANG, because it creates a big risk of not knowing how much it will cost when you’re finished.
