How do you generate the count of the number of requirements that were changed during the month? Counting the number of objects modified in the history is "messy"!
This is one count that we do not have in our daily metrics, instead it's something we keep track of in our monthly metrics which is a topic for another day, but as far as just what we do it's just what you listed, look through the changes to Object Text during the previous fiscal month.
