This session will be a half-hour presentation followed by lunch.

Bill Birch will provide a practitioner's perspective of a major bank's migration from a wide range of tools to a common toolset for software delivery by development teams into test environments. The toolset includes open-source build and source control systems plus Rational Team Concert, Rational Asset Manager and Rational Build Forge. Focus of the talk will be on how to avoid the worst and get the best from the Rational Tools.
