IBM Redbooks are like cookbooks for IT professionals.  They offer a soup to nuts guide on selecting, installing and supporting specific IBM products.  Just like great recipes can result when master chefs collaborate and experiment, IBM Redbooks are a team effort.  IBM developers and select customers work together during an intensive multi-week Residency Program where they analyze the product, install it, duplicate typical implementation scenarios and document their experiences.
