The Rational software Global User Group Community is made up of large and small customers, developers, consultants, vendors and IBM technical, support & sales staff from all over the world - all endorsing, constantly evaluating, learning and entrenching Rational tools, product and solutions to solve business problems via local Rational User Groups as well as online communication on the site.

Rational User Groups are independent, user-run membership organizations that provide Rational users with information to assist them in the implementation of Rational Software solutions. Members share a tight connection with Rational, helping to define and shape future products. They also learn from their shared knowledge and experiences with the Rational products.
